Organizational Champion vs.
Educational Champion
There’s no wrong answer when choosing a Champion path.
Both Educational Champions and Organizational Champions have full access to all Coaching HER® courses and modules, along with support from the Coaching HER® team to help bring curriculum, ideas, and strategies to life—whether that’s in learning environments, sport programs, or efforts to grow the game for girls.
Organizational Champions
Leaders in sport organizations who want to make coaching and sport environments better for girls by using Coaching HER® and putting it into action.
- Lead or help run a club, league, school program, NGB, or sport organization
- Want people in your organization to understand what girls experience in sport
- Support coaches, staff, administrators, and volunteers
- Focused on making sport more welcoming and inclusive for girls
- Help shape the organization’s culture, expectations, or policies
- Set up coach training, onboarding, or professional development
- Committed to ensuring that learning shows up in day-to-day coaching
- Support action and follow-through across teams and programs
Educational Champions
Educators who teach or train current/future coaches and sport leaders and want to embed Coaching HER® into classes, assignments, and learning experiences.
- Teach, instruct, or educate coaches, educators, or sport leaders
- Work in a college, university, high school, or other educational setting
- Design courses, classes, workshops, or professional learning experiences
- Want to embed Coaching HER® into learning environments
- Use Coaching HER® modules and assignments
- Use assignments, discussions, or reflection activities to deepen learning
- Focus on learning outcomes, critical thinking, and real-world application
- Support structured learning through curriculum, instruction, and assessment
