Our bold mission is to have **500,000 girls** playing in our programs annually by 2030. Our movement is built on direct insights from our 2025 "Shaping the Future of Sports For Girls" survey, which gathered perspectives from over 1,500 parents who were encouraged to take the survey alongside their daughters. Our findings emphasized that girls stay in sports when they feel a sense of belonging, have supportive coaching, and above all else, are having fun versus focusing on the score. To support this vision, we have committed to: - **Specialized Coaching:** Providing dedicated resources, including modules from **CoachingHER***®*, to ensure our coaches create the supportive environments girls need to thrive. - **Increased Representation:** Expanding girls-specific programming by 20% annually and launching dedicated "Gains are for the Girls" on-field signage and gear. - **Continued Listening:** We will conduct more surveys to ensure we continue to listen to our parents and players.
